Each tribe is intended to be a group of people with a similar philosophy; obviously, only you can determine which tribe is right for you.
So that you can do that, each tribe has its own webpage, which gives you information about the tribe. Once you understand the philosophy of each tribe, you can then decide which tribe that you wish to join.
In addition, each tribe has a public forum on the WISDOM Forum Board (discussed later), and you can pose questions to the tribe on the forum board.
On one hand, WISDOM knows that people do change their views, or may make a mistake and chose a tribe that they do not really fit in with. That is OK. You can change your tribe 3 times. Why only three? Because WISDOM wants you to take joining a tribe as a serious matter.
On the other hand, WISDOM does not want people frequently changing tribes, as this would cause confusion and disrupt to the tribe. Thus, after 3 changes, you cannot change to another tribe. All of this is because we want you to personally identify with a tribe. It is also why we give you information to make an informed decision,
Every tribe its own number, letter, name, and color, as set forth below:# LTR NAME COLOR1 H HIPpy Yellow2 L LIBeral Blue3 N NEUtral Green4 C CONservative Red5 P PATriot Purple
If you click on the TRIBES menu item, you will see a submenu appear; this is where you find a webpage for each tribe, which explains the symbolism of the name and the color for the tribe, as well as the philosophy of each tribe.
It is fairly obvious how the LETTER and ABBREVIATION are derived from the NAME of the tribe.
This leaves only the NUMBER to be explained. It is the vision of WISDOM to become a webseries with a panel of five people: one from each tribe. The NUM is the position (from left to right) that each tribe will have on the panel. Thus, as you look at the pannel, the HIP is on the far left, and the PAT is on the far right.
Please take a look at the page for each tribe, and then consider which tribe that you wish to join (no charge) on the forum board; if you do not belong to a tribe, then you will not be able to see much on the forum board!!
However, you are certainly still welcome to use the website. We also hope that you enjoy our podcast and webseries.
